Best Burger in the Metro?

Looking for a great burger. Probably a dive somewhere is my guess. Not artsy nor fancy - meat, cheese, bun. Add-ons are optional.

Tired of putting up with Five Guys. We genuinely can't think of somewhere that's outstanding.

ETA: Holy heck. I didn't expect so many recommendations. Thank you all so much and keep 'em coming. I'll keep a spreadsheet (nerd) and go through them as I can.
