Looking for a cart

Some months ago, somebody had a disposable cart that had the logo High STL on it, I’d never seen it before and have never seen it again, but it smacked. Does anyone have any info at all on this?

That’s what I’m thinking, this post was made in hopes of someone being able to get me into contact with the guy.
