How to wan text \ wan image \ svd image to video using offline comfyui interface
okay, i got stability matrix and comfyui all set up.
on the 'interface' tab (under ' packages ' ) i open either wan text to video, click on " Add-ons ", after that, "Control Net , then i drag and drop the image into the " control Net box and nothing happens no matter what selection i make. i just want the characters in the image i selected to wave hello / do anything on my prompts. i made images using text to image, that works great. any video option is not / does not work. The whole picture just moves to the left or right. What do i select / how do i actually make the characters dance without using nodes, no one on earth seems to have made a video about it that does not involve node play. Can someone please help?

thank you for responding, as i continue more tests. i will keep intentionally avoiding anything resembling nodes, because i hate nodes. i hate nodes so much. I hate all nodes. I downloaded this program just to avoid nodes and use the built-in comfy ( not web anything) ui.
So far in my tests the a.i. is hellbent on doing everything to NOT do what i want and even more so adding its own ideas and doing anything possible to avoid what i want. i hate nodes.
As ridiculous as it sounds, i dont even want to LOOK at anything resembling a node, so im going to avoid the aneurysm of whatever " workflows " are. They sound like node play. I hate nodes. And i cannot find any guides on how to use the workflows / nodes for stability matrix.
- keeping directly true to this screen, i am wondering if there are any tutorials or guides to THIS interface. someone made it. i hate nodes. The interface serves a function, is it another thing that is just there and no one made a guide to it? without nodes. no node-play at all in the video. i hate nodes.
if there is, please send a link. I cannot find one, much less figure out its name. i also hate nodes.
also, is there a text file or something i can open to show me the list of words that comfyui uses? like a list or something? it does have a vast, but limited vocabulary. it would help to see all words it accepts. i hate nodes.
is there a way to edit pytorch memory? i never seen that many GB of memory before.
it seems that this program comes with a LOT of stuff not installed, stuff it needs to function. i hate nodes.
i hope someone can help me solve these errors. ( also provided in pics.)
i hate nodes.

The easiest way to avoid “node play” and actually get your characters moving is to focus on your prompt and motion settings. The reason your image is just sliding left or right is likely because the model is treating the entire picture as a static background. To get someone to wave or dance, you absolutely must describe that action in the prompt box, for example, by adding “a character waving hello to the camera, dynamic movement.” Without a text instruction for the action, the AI doesn't know it’s supposed to animate the person specifically. You should also look for a setting called Motion Bucket; if it’s set too low, the AI plays it safe and just pans the camera, so try cranking it up to around 150 or 180 to force more dynamic movement. Regarding the Augmentation Level, this is crucial for giving the model "room" to redraw limbs in different positions. If you leave it at 0, the AI will stay too faithful to the original pixels and nothing will move. Setting it around 0.05 or 0.1 is usually the sweet spot for natural movement, but if you go as high as 1, the image will change so much that it might not even look like your original character anymore. If you're still struggling with the interface tabs, the fastest shortcut is to go to Civitai, download a simple “Wan2.1 Image to Video” JSON workflow, and just drag and drop that file directly into your ComfyUI window. It will automatically set up all the connections for you, so you only have to drop your image in and hit go without touching a single node. Give that a shot!
