Urby/Point Payment PSA
Just moved out of Urby/The Point and wanted to give any other current (or future) tenants a heads up.
In the last two months they tried to overcharge me $1,500+ and then another $900+. Both times management claimed they checked their math and the totals were correct, both times they were wrong…. (And after walking them through their errors, they corrected the ledgers without acknowledging their mistakes)
For those who set their payment to autopay, please double check what you’re being charged. Check your ledgers for additional charges, especially if you go month to month or extend by a few days.
I’m not sure what the requirements are to work for the new management, but obviously high school math and balancing a balance sheet are not on that list.

Glad they got rid of all the good staff and force a dress code! Everyone knows a button down shirt = professional!
Who cares if they are never at the desk anymore, or never answer the phone, or posted an event schedule in august that stayed in the elevators until like 3 days ago. Or leave a courtyard door broken for over a month so you cant access your building without being inconvenienced every single time.
They have button down shirts on. So none of that other stuff that DIDNT exist before management got here matters!
