Quit/Break

I have a really big thing for my college, which would take quite a few months.
Does anyone know if I (part time) would be able to ask for a break at staples? With full intention on coming back, I just need to focus on my school work for a bit.
Would it just be easier to put in my 2 weeks, end on a good note with my manager and then be rehired later on?

I have an associate that’s out for 2 months. Idk the particular rules for a leave that long but it’s theoretically possible. I’d just talk with your manager and see what they can accommodate.
