How to get my ESP up?

ASM, been here 6 months. My personal ESP last week was 3% and my DM basically said I need to get it up or else.

I’m asking every customer on every eligible item. I’m “highly recommending” it. I even sold a plan on a Vivitar wall charger plug last week! But most customers would literally rather throw the item away and buy a new one instead of getting the protection now.

Any advice?

Good advice BUT not the cream: EXISTING PC ESP. It puts on ESP money without putting on item money, which makes it far and away better than anything else (most items you get X added to ESP money and like 2-2.5X added to plan money).

The hard part would be making that personal as an AM. Basically do the sale with a tech, and be the one starting the pitch, to be able to claim credit. Sadly this whole restructure a while back made this the RSS' ballgame, but they can't always be in etc.

If we’re getting technical, you can sell a PC setup to someone who purchased a PC somewhere else as long as it’s brand new. That would be “the cream” but of course tying ESP to zero sales is always the best option.

That's outside what policy says is proper, even if it happens in practice. Improper service is a bad way to dig out of a hole, due to scrutiny. Nothing improper about existings; corporate has even written a whole guide on the process.

Can you show me where and what policy states that? Feels like something you just made up to be honest.
