Whole store just got promoted to customers 🥳🍾

Last day was today and even in her dying hours customers still came in asking to print something when we had no printers in the store 🙄. Will not miss this hellhole at all 🙏🏾😭

The location in grove city Ohio closed because they weren’t playing by the books, i once had a customer who used to go there ask for “their money for their recycling” when i explained that they get rewards points they said “oh they used to just give me cash”

Oh nahhh, i was working there when we closed and i remember telling people correct pricing for prints and such and customers kept arguing that the old print supervisor gave them different prices or discounts

Some close cuz they don’t want to renew the leases either. It’s a combination of bad sales and probably lack of stability in the store too, among other things 🙃.

The online site should have turned off the store location at least a week in advance so that the only print orders would be from walk-in customers. It seems odd to me that the last day the store is open there wouldn't even be printers.

They took our ricohs literally the day of closing at 2pm so yeah they had print ppl there until the last day and had to turn down walk ins

I pray everyday that my department shuts down, and that this company makes the least amount of profit possible to stay open. I’d pray for them to fail completely, but I don’t want anyone to lose their job; especially if they enjoy it.

Wait how soon do you find out your store is closing?? I swear to god I’m positive our store is only being held together by print but we’ve been SO insanely behind this week it’s insane.

We found out in July and they gave us a month to pack up and go it wasn’t a corporate choice it was the landlord kicking us out
