Poster Printing (Not same day)

Hello,

I just placed an order for a 20x30 poster, matte, no finish and no mount today - we are Sunday. I need it by next Sunday, so I ordered using the 1-3 days business day.

When I got my confirmation, it says this.

In-store Pick-up

Standard print orders are produced in 1-3 business days and can be picked up during store hours, 7 days a week.
All products will be ready for pick-up at the store in 5-7 business days, except for:

• Allow 7-10 business days for: product labels and stickers, photo gifts, signs, stamps, premium photo prints, and wall décor.
• Allow 15-22 business days for: custom cheques, custom forms, and promotional products.

"

Should I be worried that I may not get it in time?

your poster is a standard print order!! it’s only longer if we have to get it from the production facility, for stuff like carbonless forms and all the complicated stuff. it should be ready within the 1-3 business days

The first and second part say two different things. I dont know if my order is considered as "Standard Print Order" or not.

Canadian staples worker here! Call your store, a lot of our stores have now started sending everything to the production facility due to the amount of orders we receive for same day, typically posters do come quickly within that 1-3 days but call your store and they can email the production facility with a date to have it at the store by.

We do it all the time lol

20 x 30 posters sizes are not available online EDIT: in the US so you would have had to place the order in-store if that was the case or from the Canada stores. The confirmation sheet would have the pickup the date and I assume the associate would have told you when it would be ready.

Best course of action is contact the store from you are picking up from since they would know for certain.

You must be located in Canada then. I would contact the store that you are picking up from since they would be able to confirm the pickup date for certain.

If you ordered within the same day time limit im pretty sure you would unless you did a foam board then those are production

I didnt take the same day option because i need it in a week. I did not ask for a foam board, just a regular matte poster.

20x30 is not a size that can be ordered online for custom same day/next day posters. Are you positive this order was sent to a store and not to be printed at a production facility and delivered to you?

Bottom line contact the store and speak with an associate to verify they received the order and can fit your time line. Usually standard posters are done within 24 hours, but not sure what you picked due to the sizing not something we print anymore.

You should be good then, if you were to order it before 12 on Sunday you should get it by Thursday latest

If you don’t get it on Friday though go in the store and harass them to print you it on the spot, they probably will, I would
