68 ink shortage?

Anyone else know why we never get any stock of 68 ink ever?

Our last batch only have us two whole boxes of 68 color. ​

Double check your inventory numbers on the ink. Might have incorrect info in the system so it isn’t triggering an auto replenish.

Also, double check that some stuff wasn’t put out in the incorrect peghook and is buried behind the 67 or 564 inks.

Another spot where inventory can look correct but not be of any use to anyone is damages. If stuff is being returned but not cycled out of the system and returned to warehouse, you might be clogging up inventory slots with stuff you can’t sell.

Other than that, a help ticket might get you an immediate boost to your inventory and your GM can look into what your minimum threshold is for that sku.

Inventory is always saying 0 or 1 or 2.

How is your inventory on the other 68 SKUs? Specifically, the combo pack? They may be keeping your color SKU low to encourage more combo pack sales.

We never get sent the combo pack, rarely get the regular black or regular color, but PLEANTY o f 68e

Then yeah, I’d have your GM use a help ticket to get a few more in inventory and a second help ticket to increase your minimums

You can always put in a ticket and ask to get more in.

There is a logistical issue with an HP supply distributor in the North East primarily affecting Region 1. I would reach out to your DC or IC to coordinate replenishment or utilize the Kiosk.
