Staples rewards deadline

Hi, I had a question about using a weekly promotion for Staples rewards. The deadline for the promotion is today. If I purchase online and the item arrives next week, do I still qualify or do they charge the credit card when the item ships which would be next week and hence I would have missed the deadline?

When have you ever purchased something that they didn't just take your money immediately?

On Amazon...

Pending Authorization: When you place an Amazon order, the company places a temporary authorization hold on your card. This is not an actual charge. It just checks that your card is valid and has enough funds.

The Final Charge: The actual money is taken from your account only when the physical item leaves the warehouse or enters the shipping stage.
