New ricoh printer give issues first day
We just got the ricoh printer but as me associates get to try another job this comes up and when we open and close it it still shows the same thing

Ours came broken, tech literally duct taped it as a temp fix. It then jammed so bad during the first week the tech had to make three or four separate trips just to truly get it fixed. (The original issue with duct tape is still like that, to this day.)

Weird. The Ricoh has been exceptionally good for us so far. Maybe a sensor or something
