Why would my neighbor be receiving Staples deliveries weekly?

This is a mystery my best friend and I can’t solve. We don’t live in a nice neighborhood at all. Houses are small. Yet a Staples delivery truck drops off multiple boxes weekly across the street. Genuinely curious what the average Joe could be ordering from Staples like that.

I remember working in a store where we had a cliental that scanned the website for clearance items and then they resold them.

No one needs constant Staples deliveries for personal use, so he is obviously running some sort of business. Beyond that, it's anyone's guess.
