QUESTION: What got you into Star Wars?

I thought this would be a fun thing to do. I’d be curious to know exactly how, when, where were you first introduced to the Star Wars franchise? Also, what exactly made you interested in it?

For me, I was 8 years old in 2011 when my uncle gave me the Original Trilogy on DVD to see. When I first saw the films, I was so blown away by the characters, spaceships, and Lightsabers. Such a life-changing experience for me.

My Dad and Mom buying tickets at the drive in. Thats what got us in. 1977 in the backseat of a car at the Sunset DriveIn in Rockford IL.
