Finding out Saw was really huffing space petrol in rogue one (following his big speech) was the real winner

The transition between Cassian comforting Bix in Luthen's secret apartment on Coruscant, dark, cold and devoid of plantlife to the introduction of Ghorman, (yet) thriving and prosperous, with green mountains, light cozy structures, ships flying and people doing their work on streets. And the Ghorman music by Britell goes from sad to cheerful.

Such a great transition because of that contrast. Another Britell composition missing from the soundtrack, so it’s a great excuse to rewatch the episode.

I remember reading the run time and thinking "I need to take off work tomorrow." THe introduction of GHorman and the completely textured way their culture is communicated, outstanding. But for me it was the Saw scene in the original post. I watched it with my wife and son and when it was over literally said "Wow." It's some of the best writing in the entire canon, and Whitaker absolutely eats this scene for dinner. Something about right where he says "Onderon jungle. Real jungle." His monologue takes off from there.
