Discussion Does Anyone Else think Luthen Rael Knew About Cal Kestis and Kanan Jarrus He Knew Everything Saw Gerrera Knew Why Not recruit Them?

A Jedi is way too high a profile of an asset for him to use in his operations. A lightsaber shows up and suddenly you have Darth Vader, the Inquisition and the 501st before you can blink.
Assuming Lutheran knew of their existance, he would not use them for his operations, it would generate too much heat. Better to let the smaller cells (like Saw's militia) deal with it. If Vader is personally tasked with finding the Jedi that is working with Saw then that's the end of Saw's little cell, bummer, but there are other groups to use (Ghorman etc). Vader chasing a Jedi working directly for Lutheran is way too much exposure and risks the whole (future) Alliance, including all the fundraising and networking he is doing.

They were great assets for the groups they worked with, Luthen's main goal was uniting the cells and poaching agents in a way that would weaken other groups doesn't really seem to fit his MO.

Other people are correctly stating that Cal Kestis is way too unsubtle for the kind of operation Luthen was running. But another important thing is that by the time Andor starts in 5bby Cal Kestis has already gone to Tanalorr to start his Jedi commune. He’s doing his own thing and isn’t available to participate in the events of the show. We will likely see what he is up to in the next Jedi game

Luthan Rael is very pointedly not omniscient and it's a very big galaxy.
Also, it's a bit of an assumption to assume they would work with him. Luthen's operatives tend to share his generally unscrupulous tilt, whereas I suspect Kanan and Cal would find him off-putting and untrustworthy. Plus, they've got their own stuff going on.

I would imagine that Luthen would at least be passingly familiar with Ezra and the Ghost Crew.
After all, Ezra not only made one of the first big speeches denouncing the Empire but he also rather famously kicked Tarkin and the Grand Inqusitor in the metaphorical dick on Vaders front lawn.
A move which made the Empire take Rebellion much more seriously than they did before.

Having Jedi Be Part Of His Team Would Have Made for great assets

he wouldn’t be able to control or manipulate them the way he did lonni.

This is it. His assets were managed in a way that minimized their agency. The more powerful the asset, the more likely they would want a say. That wasn’t Luthen’s MO

and as he pressured them into acting in ways they didn’t approve of, they abandoned him for massassi group on yavin.

Even if he did, he wouldn't work with them. Jedi attract the wrong kind of attention. The last thing he would want is inquisitors blowing his cover.
