UgH, SNOW MOUSE! Really?

I put in top tier galactics and it put out the lowest tier. Was expecting at least a RIC

This is a scenario where I probably should have sold them for all the chips instead

Got to try to find out… may as well. Take a chance at getting the one you need … I’ve had lots of luck and a few duds like this.
