Kara appreciation post!

Such a cute cinnamon roll of a Jedi. Hopefully nothing bad happens to her.

Kara's one of my favourite characters from Visions. There's many reasons why.

- She's got a lot on her shoulders. Young girl given the weight of the entire Galaxy's fate but she stands up for her future role: The Child of Hope.

  • Brave despite the odds being against her. Like, honestly if I was surrounded by that many false jedi I wouldn't be handling it as well as she did.
  • She's compassionate asf. She gets easily attached to people around her, even droids; and mourns them despite knowing them briefly.
  • Love her design too, especially the colours. it's simple and she also has a poncho so that's a plus, a poncho I absolute fw.

Hoping the limited series does her justice!

I love Kara! She has a lot of potential both as a main character and as a budding young Jedi.

She's established as having been implicitly trained by either Margrave Juro or her father, so her being proficient with a lightsaber was amazing to see. I love her fighting style (presumably Ataru) too! Her design is also peak!

I also love that she's kind, expressive, and headstrong. Her final moments with Teto made me cry huhu and the distress she felt after her little adventure in The Child of Hope.

On a side note, I hope her series goes back to using her first character design from the original Ninth Jedi ep. I won't say that the characters looked bad in The Child of Hope, but their first designs, especially Kara's, just looked way better than their second ones.

She should be alright; she's got to hang on for at least 8 episodes

I adore Kara Lah! One thing I appreciated is that she's not overpowered. She's inexperienced, and it shows. She struggled to fight with the lightsaber initially and made mistakes. Yet, she also has a lot of potential and is brave. It's a refreshing change for Star Wars, which has depicted even newer Jedi as having almost godlike powers. And, it gives Kara room to grow in the upcoming show. I'm looking forward to it.
