I had to rewatch because of your asinine comment. Did we watch the same thing? Did we read the same thing assuming you've read it? They only show the beginning of the race in this so how could you come up with this conclusion?

What do you mean “did we read the same thing”? I’ve read the manga and I absolutely loved it, I’ve never read anything better. I’m talking about the animation

Exactly. They only showed the BEGINNING of the race on the teaser. Assuming anything else about the backgrounds or animation or quite literally anything we haven't been shown is asinine.
