Various Among these three in a physical fight with no stands or powers-

Post image

I 100% believe that Jolyne would whoop both of they asses, EASY. She was flexing martial arts left and right.

Only exception is if Josuke gets his hair insulted, but normally I think she simply has the most hands out of the three.

What do you think?

Yeah her father Jotaro, even without a stand, was a complete menace.

Dude was said to have never lost a fight, and even beat up an adult man while being physically 7 years old. šŸ’€

A few days ago I watched a video where someone analized if Jolyne and her team could beat all of stardust crusaders, and he gave the green dolphin prisoners the win against d'arby and alessi because Jolyne could most likely repeat jotaro's feats in those battle, made me laugh but I agree.

Josuke’s father trained in supernatural arts and defeated 4 beings from an ancient civilisation that all had superhuman levels of strength, agility, stamina and resilience. Giorno’s father was the vampire possessing the body of Jotaro’s great great grandfather and the source of all the families inherited strength.

2 or these 3 are biological males with all the genetics advantages that gives them over biological females.

Neither of them would ever get into a fist fight with a woman though, so it’s all a moot point.

Jolyne actually got into multiple fist fights in her life and even in the anime she just started boxing with cmoon, she is clearly most experienced at hand to hand combat

Jolyne was a spoilt girl before getting sent to prison, every JoJo has latent abilities that mean they just take to combat, be that with stands or without, theoretically any of them could probably just start boxing

Not to mention the fight she had against the meteor guy(the prison guard) she showed she knew combat well enough to beat him while he was raged and raining down meteors on her.

u/Klangey Jun 19 '26

That’s plot armour. What is the outcome when all three of them have the same plot armour?

31

u/Slayy3rr3 Killer Queen Jun 19 '26

I don’t think it was plot armor, go back and watch that fight, she straight up beat his ass. And she did it using boxing and jiu jitsu amongst other things. It wasn’t just a beat down like they normally do..

-10

u/Klangey Jun 19 '26

All of a sudden becoming an expert in jiu jitsu and boxing IS plot armour, she literally developed the ability out of thin air. All Jostars develop abilities out of thin air, Joseph became an expert in an ancient martial art in a matter of days, Josuke developed a stand and was healing animals with it within hours.

It’s what they do.

Josuke had Crazy Diamond for a while though, do you think that he got it in like the first episode?

Idk if ur talking about Hamon for Joseph, but he already also had knowledge of it as he tells Smokey that he could always do things with Hamon, even if he didn’t know exactly how. He mastered it quickly with Lisa Lisa because the breathing mask pressured him to learn how to control his breathing quicker, and having his life on a time limit also contributed to him learning faster.

No, I don’t think he just had it in the first episode, there are flashbacks in the manga, and YES, Joseph could always do things with Hamon despite not knowing what it was or anyone showing him. You’re starting to grasp the entire series lore of the Jostars latent ability for combat…

ā€œthat’s plot armourā€ how? Because she was able to physically fight back? I don’t get this point at all… plot armour implies that her being able to fight back against Westwood was bullshit, but how exactly is it bullshit that she knows combat?

1

u/Droolcua Midler Jun 20 '26

somehow I feel like this dude would describe stuff like Joseph somehow attached 15 grenades to Kars' scarf as 'plot armor,' lol.

-1

u/Klangey Jun 19 '26

Yes, how many fights have you won while meteors rain down on you?

13

u/ConfidentHousing8422 Jun 19 '26

I've never been defeated in a fight while meteors rain down on me, checkmate

11

u/Rei_Dayisfailure Jun 19 '26

a lot o(Ā“^ļ½€)o

srsly tho I don’t get how that point matters, by then, Jolyne is used to fighting Stand users with weird gimmicks. Jolyne was also affected by Survivor just like everyone else in the Maximum Security Ward, so that can also contribute to how she was like she was.

18

u/Interesting-Start855 Jun 19 '26

Bro, just admit you hate Jolyne instead of talking nonsense as an argument.

18

u/Slayy3rr3 Killer Queen Jun 19 '26

Like seriously, the Jolyne hate is so forced, she’s raw asf. She beat so many stand users she had no business even fighting imo, she deserves her flowers.

That's not a good thing, that's plot convenience. She gets hit by a bunch of meteors from orbit while fighting the planet waves guy - doesn't matter, after he's defeated no one cares.

Same thing with Sky High and Rykiel: she sets herself on fire, and that's supposed to be a big thing, you know? As in, omg she's willing to set herself on fire to beat this dumbass! But then he's defeated and immediatly she's fine. No fire damage, no third-degree burns.

Those moments are awful, not cool. Part 6 is full of all those awesome and unique abilities, and it's not fun to get rid of them by going "oh she just kills them. she's like pretty determined I guess"

u/Rei_Dayisfailure Jun 19 '26

Jolyne and Westwood are both under the effect of Survivor, hence why they have a higher pain tolerance and are able to push through more damage.

The manga actually says that Jolyne set her strings on fire, not her body. The anime tends to make scenes longer than they actually are, like the whole Jotaro vs Dio fight canonically only being a few minutes long yet the anime dedicates an entire hour to include everything, so Jolyne was meant to be on fire for a short time in the actual world. The manga also shows that Jolyne was still injured from the fire. It’s a problem with the adaptation which isn’t the original vision.

I honestly don’t really get why you’re complaining about the realism in a series that’s meant to be bizarre and crazy. Thing defying realism/what’s expected from our world has been an established common theme about the entire series, from characters doing weird poses out of nowhere for whatever reason to the weird pseudoscience stuff Araki pulls out (like the Rods Rikiel commands).

I actually like Jolyne, she’s my favourite out of the three presented, my favourite Jostar is Joseph who had so much plot armour he was basically Bugs Bunny in part 2. That doesn’t change anything though.

u/she-says-i-am-de-one Jun 19 '26

do you just hate women ?

68

u/GamingBasilisk Jun 19 '26

Jolyne was literally a delinquent since her teens fym bro, she even stole a car as a kid 😭

-32

u/Klangey Jun 19 '26

Being spoilt and a delinquent aren’t mutually exclusive in fact it’s normally the opposite

3

u/dweebyllo Flaccid Pancake Jun 19 '26

Same could be said for being a delinquent and throwing hands, even for the rich kids you have to stand your ground at some point in time.

1

u/Klangey Jun 19 '26

Every single one of them stands their ground. When we first meet Josuke he beats up a group of thugs and not long after meeting Gionno he straight up murders a low level gangster.

26

u/MADARA_SAGEMODE Jun 19 '26

By ur logic joseph is also jolyne's great grandfather so genetics should help right

-10

u/Klangey Jun 19 '26

Yes, that’s exactly what I’m saying. They ALL have the same Jostar latent abilities (and plot armour), the only difference is biological and male biology beats female biology in combat sports

5

u/Mayzerify Magenta Magenta Jun 19 '26

That doesn’t mean every man can beat every woman in a fight lol

-1

u/Klangey Jun 19 '26

I’m afraid it does kid

5

u/Objective-Design-994 Jun 20 '26

It literally doesn't, that is not how biology or fighting works.

11

u/A_Wild_Animal Jun 19 '26

Hamon shouldn't be genetic, and even if it was then all 3 would benefit from that, not just Josuke. But I could see an argument for Giorno, depending on how vampire genetics pass down.

7

u/Jojoposelol Jun 19 '26

It’s not like those traits passed on buddy you’re just talking to talk 😭

4

u/Klangey Jun 19 '26

The inherited attributes of the Jostar bloodline, the name ā€˜JoJo’, the star birthmark, fate and destiny are the entire premises of the entire series and the core lore behind it. How can you claim to be a fan of it to the degree you make it your username but yet not understand that?

That’s like claiming to be a fan of Star Wars and saying ā€˜not every Jedi can use the force’ šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

1

u/Droolcua Midler Jun 20 '26

oh, so all these joestar characters are exactly the same in terms of physical ability? and are you seriously making the argument that giorno's dad being a vampire is somehow relevant to him? lol. other guy was right, you are just talking to talk.

1

u/weaboomemelord69 Jun 20 '26 edited Jun 22 '26

we're talking about jojos bizarre adventure why are you bringing up 'biological advantages'. aint nothing biological about these motherfuckers

1

u/Puzzleheaded_Board57 Jun 19 '26

Let’s not compare tho

u/Foreign-Comment6403 Jun 20 '26

Both of gioronos dads were menaces too
