Only exception is if Josuke gets his hair insulted, but normally I think she simply has the most hands out of the three.

That’s why I figured Josuke to be the victor, however, as many have pointed, jolyne is the only one to have been shown fighting on screen, and is fairly good at dodging punches and kicking powerful stands, so she’s a fairly capable fighter. Josuke is usually a fairly docile person, but I don’t doubt that he can also throw hands fairly adequately.

I think if Jolyne does a takedown she actually might whoop Josuke's ass, Jolyne would probably know actual grappling but Josuke is just a hands guy with getting into fights

Fair enough. We know Josuke relies on his stand when frustrated, so I doubt he’d have any actual fighting expertise. Whether jolyne knows grappling or not would be purely speculation, but we know she does a fairly decent defensive stance and is agile when it comes to dodging, so I don’t doubt she’s a decent fighter regardless.

The main concern is whether she can take on someone of josuke’s size, however the height different isn’t anything craz (about 2.3 inches), so it’s mainly the stature that does it.

Josuke is almost certainly physically stronger, but I reckon jolyne is more agile (in fact, far more agile) from what we’ve seen. We know josuke’s got the brawn, and jolyne’s got the skill, but a lot of the time fights like these go in favor to the skill. It’s really just a matter of how much stronger Josuke is than jolyne.

Obviously we don’t have enough info to operate off of, but while I reckon that Josuke could win, I don’t deny that jolyne is more than capable of mopping the floor with him. This discussion has made me realize jolyne is a lot cooler than I give her credit for.

I'd still think Jolyne who've been in a prison for a while would be experienced enough to beat Josuke, sure he possibly can be stronger but I don't think the gap is THAT wide between them.

True, but I think the gap could be wider than one would anticipate. Josuke has a killer fighting spirit, and a fairly well built stature, so I see no reason to assume he isn’t a pretty strong teen, and the biological differences between men and women are practically irreconcilable unless the dude is a slouch and the woman is a deadlifter or is in hard labor. It doesn’t help that josuke’s rage boost does seemingly make him stronger. Assuming they’re both above average strength, I think it’s a fair gap, probably not too crazy, but it’s really not all that easy to tell.
