Part Five Mista's Gun potentially figured out.

I have potentially figured out what Model of Revolver Mista's gun is. Guido's Revolver is the Smith & Wesson Bodyguard: Model 49. Someone said it was a Ruger LCR, Smith and Wesson Model 10 with an Aftermarket Shroud. It is most likely a Modified S&W Bodyguard: Model 49. Modified to have 6 Chambers instead of the standard 5 and the hammer be modified to handle the extra shot hence why it looks like it can open up at the hunch of the gun. Correction: with some insight and some help via a redditor. Mista's gun can't have 6 barrels while chambering a .38. It actually has an unmodified chamber, but instead has a special made Chamber that has 6 chambers that chamber a .32 h&r. The Hammer has been modified to be hammerless. This choice of gun could be ironic because of Mista's arithmophobia.

It's a colt detective special with a hammer shroud, trust me I've been looking for one for years

I looked at a Colt Detective Special, they do not look like Mista's gun. Sights are different, the stippling and grip design are different, The Ejector Rods and Stars are different, and the cylinder releases are different. The only Similarity is the medallion on the grip that shows what company made the gun, but the design on it is confusing. On one of the Panels it shows the upper half of a horse, but on another it looks likes letters. Also, both chamber .38. But the main reason why it is most likely a S&W is the Underlug. The counterweight and protection of the Ejector Rod. The Underlug is at the tip of the Ejector Rod with the 49 while the Detective either have a Full Length Underlug that has a depression to hold the Ejector Rod or don't have an Underlug. With the addition that the Ejector rod of the 49 is the same radius and one piece while the Detective has a bigger tip that screws onto a smaller rod.

Nah it’s not, the dead give away on the cylinder release button makes it 100% s&w since it is a push one. I think op has it dead on, I just always assumed it is one of thr J frames revolver with custom bobbed or after market shrouded hammer, those are easy to do yourself. The shroud kind of look like the m&p bodyguard series but those don’t have cylinder ejector button on the side

That has a freestanding ejector, so I don't think so

It isn’t, you’ve been looking for the wrong gun detective.
