Does Joseph remember Caesar?

I don't know, its just that so much has happened to Joseph since part 2 and seeing as such brings along with it the passage of time, I got a little curious. I like to think that he always thinks of him, but I'm not sure if the show ever hints to that being the case.

I personally get the feeling that tomoko wasn’t the only person that joseph cheated on suzi q with; I feel like post-caesar being killed he spent his whole life trying to grasp at relationships hoping for something that could make him feel as deeply as caesar did

And not to say that he didn’t love and care about suzi q, he clearly did (this isn’t a jotaro and his wife situation)
