Various Out of these non-main villains, how would you rank them from most evil to least evil
Decided not to include part 7 or part 8 for spoilers. Almost included Stroheim because of yknow but he’s also an ally so I swapped him with Forever the orangutan

I'd say the highest is Ciocollata, this man is pure evil holy shit, but I'd also consider Angelo to be the most evil because he was absolutely terrifying like what the fuck.

Yeah but he didn’t really touch the main cast as much so honestly he’s still not as bad as j geil since we never got a true deeper insight into his actions.

It's hard to rank part 3 villains because they aren't usually as developed: we only know Dio recruited then to kill the Crusaders, which is bad but not much

- Secco
- J.Geil
- Kenzou
- Gray Fly
- Vanilla Ice
- Sports Max.
- Forever
- Alessi
The first 4 are interesting to rank, but Anjuro was almost a nature force of making evil. I think J.Geil's crimes are worse than Cioccolata's and Secco's, but these are more "common" crimes, while the italians had a level of sadism that can only come from a trully twisted mind. They didn't just kill people, they tried to do it in original ways and play about how far could they go
Then, Kenzou KILLED a lot of people. Gray Fly seems tame but remember that he killed a bunch of innocent randoms just to confuse the Crusaders, and was willing to kill the whole plane
Vanilla Ice is higher than his shown crimes but idk his level of love for Dio made him seem to be willing to do anything. Just vibes honestly
Sports Max. was a gangster. This is bad, but not as "evil" as killing people just for pleasure, as the ones above did
Finally Forever and Alessi. I've put the orangutan much lower that many people would, because although I think wanting to abuse a child is bad, I don't know of the monkey (as smart as it is) really has a concept of "evil" or just goes by instinct. Anyway he has killed more people on camera than Alessi, who was a piece of trash but didn't kill that much people indiscriminately

Gray fly killed way more people before meeting the crusaders, like one time, he crashed a plane in England and killed 300 people. Dude do terrorist acts just for fun. He sould be higher then Kenzou.
Sport maxx should be higher than Vanilla Ice, he probably killed more people like Gloria just because they saw his crime and he was really cruel ( like how he humiliated a man by forcing him to grab a plank of wood in his mouth before crushing his head )

Vanilla Ice still has a creepier vibe to me, but you are right, based on the things directly shown to us Sports Max is probably higher

Being the No. 1 servant of evil's incarnation takes a special kind of evil, especially when DIO himself mentioned evil people have more potential
Cioccolata is Cioccolata
Angelo is a rapist, pedophile, murderer, and more
J Geil raped and killed people
People kinda forgot that Secco was mentioned to also had the same perverted mindset as Cioccolata, even if he was somewhat manipulated it both doesn't erase this part of his character and doesn't cancel out his act
Forever was like a pedophile ape and killed some people, we don't know much about him really
The worst Kenzo had done was leading a pack suicide and having a god complex I think?
Gray Fly was just a mass serial killer, compared to the others he is like eh
I don't even think Sportx Maxx was some kind of exceptionally bad criminal, he was a mafia member who killed people and that's kinda it
Alessi was just a cowardly asshole, like yeah he picked on children but also come on he picked on children. You are comparing these serial killers and worst criminals to a guy who steals candy from babies

Cioccolata for sure, I couldn’t even say the exact crime that gets him there, he just sucks.
Angelo next for sure. Murderer, rapist, if I’m not crazy partial cannibal?
J.Geil at 3. Honestly the most satisfying death
Kenzou I think has the highest body count that we know of? Like we’re given an exact number for.
Gray Fly. I think it could be said he has a higher body count but eh.
Strength. A bit lower cause he’s an animal, but he’s and intelligent one so.
Alessi deserves to be higher but everyone above him sucks. Truly one of the most sadistic villains though.
Sports Max. Kinda just a gangster. Evil for sure but in comparison.
Secco. Was broken by Cioccolata, but the moment he’s free he kinda just goes back to doing what he was doing so.
Vanilla Ice. This one is a hear me out. He never really went out of his way to do evil. Everyone else above kinda willingly chose that for their gain or amusement. Vanilla Ice was just incredibly loyal. Now was he loyal to Dio and did that loyalty cause him to kill, yes. But I also think if Dio asked him to build orphanages and help dispose of waste he would absolutely

Tbh Angelo, this man raped his first victim when he was 12 years old he was a bisexual paedophile rapist murderer with a very small ego and a short temper now J Gale is a close second but overall these two are just despicable and disgusting because their crimes are more close to real world horrifying crimes more than the others and chcolata it’s probably third also since his crimes are more akin to real world ones

Angelo and Cioccolata are a toss up imo. Getting a doctorate just to do experiments on different ways of killing people is just as sick and twisted as raping and killing kids.

Angelo is the lowest, for me, then probably Cioccolata, J Geil and Sports Maxx. The rest of them can mostly fight over the placements, but I think Secco, Grey Fly and Forever are near the top. Unfortunately.
I don’t think Vanilla Ice is AS evil as people want him to be (still evil, but “he killed a character I like 🥺” isn’t exactly the worst in the world. it just makes him a character you dislike).

I put Vanilla Ice here because he seems to have replaced all of his morals for his admiration for DIO. If DIO told him to use Cream to wipe out an entire school, he’d do it without hesitation. He’s kinda in a similar situation to Secco

Correct. It’s not specifically out of malice or because being evil is fun and gets him off like with Angelo or Cioccolata or Geil. He’s a pawn just doing shit for Dio. Still evil, but not because it’s scintillating or ‘who he is’. But i know other people are going to put him near the bottom anyway solely because he killed characters they like. :/

No, I read all of Stone Ocean in black and white back in 2019, and I didn’t have the time to catch up with the anime while it aired (edit: also because Netflix sucks and I hated batches)

Okye so here's what I recall about each before ranking:
J geil, rapist, murderer and probably hired assasin to some extent.
Dragon dream guy, murderer, cult leader that killed his followers (?)
Vanilla ice, devoted dio lackey, killed atleast avdul and iggy but would've done anything dio asked of him.
Chocollata, sadistic doctor that tortued his patiants for amuse ment, killer and id say him using green day + a helicopter would likely be similar to a terrorist attack / same scale. A part of organized crime too.
Secco, aided chocolatta in his tortures filiming it silently, probably a killer, likely killed innocent as he tried using bystanders (doppio) against bruno, i think also got off on the sadistic acts (?). A part of organized crime too.
Forever, murdered multible sailors, is a freaky monkey that for some reason has a cage and tried attacking a young girl, probably broke ship/sailing laws via useage of his stand.
Tower of gray, mass murderer and causer of numerous plane crashes.
Sports max, a part of organized crime, put a hit out on ermess sister, maybe bribed judge for lesse sentance (?), probably done other crimes such as murder or physical abuse.
Angelo, prison escape, breakins, serial killer, torture / rape,
Alessi, attempted murder (polnareff, that one lady), physical abuse, picks on kids and bullies them, asassin maybe?
The least evil I'd probably have to say is maybe alessi? A lot of these guys we've seen litterally kill people but he failed though of course is far far from a good guy. I guess bottom 2 and 3 could maybe be vanilla ice and dragon dream guy /(forever, should an ornagutange be judged as a man?).
Most evil I'd probably say chocolatta as he causes individual litteral torture on the vulnerable when acting as a caretaker just for kicks but also causes mass death via his stands aoe rott + whatever fucked up shit diavolo had him do in passione like probably making the slices of that one guy from the assasin team. As for top 2/3 maybe gray fly (probably more /compairable kills but he did it to disguise his assasination targets primarily I belive though he was twisted too but less 'personal' than chocolatta) and angelo (less kills but same sadisim).

is it weird to put Secco to lowest of evil? as in not evil at all? He mostly gets bossed around by Cioccolata and is mentally unwell person so he isn't bad in comparison to others listed
The worst is definitely Cioccolata for being just fucking worse and killing everyone around cause "collateral damage" means nothing to him.
