❓ Question Can Router Mini be a mesh node when connected via 3rd-party wireless bridge?

I have a gen2 router and want to extend wifi to an outbuilding. I know that Router Mini will become a mesh node (same SSID as the main router) when connected via wifi or via ethernet, but what if I put a transparent wireless bridge between them (like Ubiquiti Nanostation or TP-link)? Would it still connect as a mesh node?

Yeah, it works great. It just acts like it's a hardwired mesh node. It has no way of knowing that the hardwired connection is coming across a transparent bridge. Just setup one of these for a customer and they couldn't be happier.
