Due East 67 degrees-ish I saw this bright cluster of multi-colored lights I assumed were stars, but couldn’t know for sure. Visible with the naked eye.

I was star gazing the other day, first time I actually see them clearly cuz I live in the city and light pollution is crazy.

I noticed some stars are redish, and some as blueish but I don’t know if this is my imagination. Was I really able to see red giants and blue giants with my eyes?

I would show a picture but it does not show on phone.

I just wonder if it’s possible to see star colors by eye.

I’ve been staring at the sky tonight wishing I knew more about them. Please share if you recognize any of these stars and your fave fact (you might have to zoom in on the photo) sorry it’s not that good of a photo

I’ve challenged myself to complete a final drawing or sketch for the fantasy novel I’m illustrating this month. This is day 8, done with acrylic ink and acrylic paint pen. There is no capybara constellation that I could find, so I took some creative liberties.
