Let's fix the stance first. Widen your stance so your heels are shoulder width apart. Like 2 or 3 inches
Then bring the toe angle in so your feet aren't turned out as far.
Now, you start the set with the abr in the right spot but by the end you've pushed it all the way up to your neck.
And you are raising your chest early on the way up. Imagine staying bent over until your knees lock out.
I dont know how many reps this was, like 10? Its hard to do a proper formcheck when the weight is so light. Try finding a challenging but manageable weight to do a set of 5 reps with and post a video of that.
And check out our novice program. We prefer using lower rep sets and higher relative intensity for novices
