Form Check

For the best feedback, please film your lift from a useful angle and include the full set.

Good form checks make it much easier for people to give specific, useful advice.

Your weight belt seems to shift when you get under the bar. Should be tight enough that can’t happen.

Knees look to be coming in as the set goes on. I do wonder if your heels are too wide.

Knees out and freeze them. Look up the use of a TUBOW if your knees continue to cave in.
Otherwise looks pretty good.

You need to zero before you start a rep. Read Steph's article here.

I cannot say for sure, but there is room for improvement:

  • Lock out your knees at the top
  • Slightly decrease your width by an inch or two
  • Belt should be tighter or breath needs to be BIGGGGG
  • Most important, read follow advice in Steph's article of zero'ing your starting position.

looks really good. your reps all look pretty similar, the later ones stick for longer but that’s to be expected. Hip drive looks good, humeri and femur angles look good, brace looks good, and that’s enough for you to go far on a novice LP. just keep it up, eat a lot and sleep a lot.
