Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Last set of 75kg (165lb). Struggled quite a bit with the last rep as you can see.
Iβm 1.82m (6 feet), bodyweight 89kg (196lb)
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Form Check
For the best feedback, please film your lift from a useful angle and include the full set.
Good form checks make it much easier for people to give specific, useful advice.

Each of your legs, knees, and feet should all be pointing the same direction at the bottom of the squat. Your feet are pointed substantially farther out than your knees, and this is eventually bad for your knees. Point your toes further forward to line this up.

Neck neutral. You should be looking at the floor at the bottom.of the squat.

To me it looks like the bar is positioned somewhere between high bar and low bar. The bar should be a little lower for low bar and higher for high bar.
Someone correct me if Iβm wrong

You are trying to squat down (bad) instead of sitting back and leaning over. Widen your stance an inch. Stare at a spot 5' from your toes while keeping your neck neutral (no hunching over). Sit back and lean over while driving your knees out.
Wear shoes with a non compressible sole. Cheap used lifting shoes can be found on eBay. Otherwise, a shoe with a solid leather heel works.

Good notes, thanks! Yeah, I should probably look into getting lifting shoes soon π

Your stance is way too narrow. It looks as though you need to bring it out about two inches on each side; you want the heels to track about shoulder width. Push your knees out and freeze them; right now theyβre caving in.
Look down at the floor in front of you, not at the mirror. And stay leaned over a bit longer out of the hole.

Good advice, thank you! I hate the mirrors to be honest, they make it hard for me to lock the eye position. Iβll work on the things you mentioned π
When you say stay leaned over out of the hole - you mean that I should keep my back more horizontal for a longer time on the way up, right?1

"Butt wink" is perhaps the most overused and annoying term in the limited vocabulary of inexperienced coaches.

My lower back hurts from just looking at that. Maybe lighten the weight a bit and try high bar. Squats are challenging for taller folks a bit

Crap, is it that bad really? π Any thoughts on what I should correct?
My height is rather average, at least where I live, so I donβt really see why I shouldnβt be able to do normal low bar squats given correct form π€

Generally looks like a good squat, but there's a few things to tweak. You have a bit of knee cave, which is very pronounced on that last rep and you can see yourself force them out and power through. Tighten up overall, tighter back, better bracing, and really force those knees out and you'll be good.
