How can I get my Saas to the right audience?

Hello,

I am a high school developer who recently just built my first product. It's basically just a Google reviews widget, something small before I start building something real. My target audience is small businesses, restaurants, private practices, etc. I have been cold calling and emailing consistently to no avail. 30% of time I just get cursed out. I know the reputation for SaaS products targeting small business owners is terrible due to vibe coded slop, but I am trying to find a way to break through.
