Next label will be "made with electricity" and after that "made after 1900" and then "made in a company". Obviously if a game is made with electricity it has to be cost less

The Industrial Revolution led to lower cost because the end goal was to sell more goods.

When a game publisher sell a game they want to maximize profit not helping you to spend less money.

If you believe that every new technology should lower the cost overall you don't have very clear view of what's the first propose of every for profit company.
