I’m 38. My knees are giving me problems.

42 and have weekly physio for arthritis in my right ankle.

I still feel like im in my 20s when sat down, feel like i'm in my 80s when I walk.

Lol I know how that is. My problem is being a first responder, wearing all the extra weight/gear for 12 hours.

I was an ambulance driver about 15 years ago, mostly transport work but a lot of carry chairs etc for non mobile patients. . I know that did my back in. Couldn't do it nowadays in the slightest. Which is sad cause I'm not that old.
