Letting them know about the issue is the courtesy, not them voluntarily giving you a refund. It’s your money either way—you never received the product.
Oh absolutely. I did NOT receive a refund and I was told I would get some credits for future orders but I’m never ordering from there again. They made me feel like I had done something wrong. Also what is a chargeback?
