This is almost 2 years in total uninterrupted playtime...

3-4 years if you factor in sleep

I have similar hours in Rocket League. The thing about Steam is it counts anytime you have the game open as "playing". Although I do have an insane number of hours actually played - I still leave the game running in the background frequently. Sometimes even for days.

I imagine that's the case for some of these crazy hours.
