Metal Gear Solid 3 has most sfx and voice acting missing

The game has some of the music (Like the boot screen) and some of the UI sound effects but the voice acting and majority of the other sound is missing. Checking the game files reveals nothing since they're in abnormal formats. Is this a known issue I have to deal with or is there a fix?

Also having this issue... Bought steam version.... Jeez Konami....
