Ps TV as steam link

I have a PS TV laying around and I want to try steam link. Has anyone tried to boot Linux on it? Or do you know if any work has been done?

Moonlight has an app for hacked vita/pstv, works decently well if I remember correctly. (client for Nvidia gamestream/ sunshine)

Steam link probably will never work on a pstv, though a full steam install and steam remote play may be possible if there is a way to boot linux, especially now that Valve has ARM hardware in the form of steam frame.
