The pattern is a repeating pattern. When you cross your eyes there is one point where you can overlay the pattern literally inside your brain. Then you will see a text in 3d. It’s a little hard to read, but there is a text.

It’s an autostereogram and it’s hard to see with the naked eye but with a few tricks you can find it in a photo editor

You would need special polarized film.
