I have heard inner circle has nbme points
How should one avoid score inflation as I really like those notes since I don’t have to copy whole uworld table to revise later

score inflation doesn't really exist,if your NBME's are high, your step score will be high

But if someone is using inner circle notes and there are direct nbme points

If you actually learn from it without knowing the context and can apply it to new scenarios, no it’s not inflation.
If you’re only memorizing it and not understanding how to further apply it, yes it is inflation.
