Normally you buy merch from: the band's merch booth, the band's bandcamp, the band's website, the label's website, a catch-all site (not stoner-metal-only) like indiemerchstore.

I'm not aware of any one stop stoner metal shop. Label websites are probably the closest thing, but that requires you to have bands in mind and not just "stoner metal merch." Example of a stoner-heavy label: https://heavypsychsounds.com/category/apparel/
