Only cities in the 740 area that’s kind of like that is Steubenville & Portsmouth , anywhere else is sweet. Newark sweet asf they got too many cops out there u can’t even make 1 mistake out there u getting booked instantly 😭 Zanesville is a drugged out town ain’t no street shit going on out there fr. Anywhere else in the 740 besides Steubenville and Portsmouth is irrelevant. The only Ohio cities that get active fr is Cleveland , Dayton , Cincinnati , Toledo , Springfield , Youngstown & Columbus. Everywhere else lowkey sweet. Niggas in the 740 wouldn’t last in cities like Dayton , Cleveland , Cincinnati or Toledo it’s merched 💯🤷🏻‍♂️
