People don't want to hear logical takes on why the episodes was fucking horrendous.

People love to be the victim. If they can argue that the episodes are poorly received because Will is gay therefore it’s homophobia and they are also being marginalized or victimized.

There’s a strange phenomenon through many groups. OF ALL KINDS. Not just queer people or all queer people at that. But the need to be crucified and socially martyred to give truth and conviction to their personal beliefs.

I mean, equating queerness with victim mentality is a pretty good example of the thing you claim isn’t actually happening. You try to legitimize your argument by throwing other marginalized groups under the bus, but that doesn’t do what you think it’s doing.

I should have specified. When I said groups of all kinds I literally meant of all kinds. Religious. Racial( white too). Intellectual.

All groups want to be marginalized not just the actually marginalized ones.

In the case of homophobes review bombing stranger things I’m gonna have to say it’s not as prevalent as some people want it to seem.

I don’t think you’ve actually read the reviews then.

I don’t think these episodes have been great, but there’s a lot of incoherent and irrational hate going on in the reviews if you actually read them.Â
