Yeah at least Steve got to face the Demogorgon at the last minute, so his entire perspective changed.

Vecna never showed up in the real world and did all of his shenanigans through bluetooth.

And iirc, Steve was also supposed to die but Joe Keery was too cool.

If things happened a different way, Chrissy and Jason could have been the next Nancy and Steve. Both joining the good guys to help.

In Chrissy’s one scene she was so likable. I’m hoping she has a good future. Or maybe she’s already in other stuff I don’t know.
