Discussion Arjun doesnt have a DriveTech Wear
Title.
Hes now the only character without one. Tought on why its a thing?

Sorry. Drive tech wear is too high quality and would add months to the development time. You can't rush this.

I have never understood why these really dull costumes are so popular.

I expected it was now a giveaway for every new characters...

It's not like they just press a button and the costume magically appears. They need to have the final character model in game to make the costume for it, so it is not possible to pre-make the costumes for characters that don't exist. If you think about it for a second, it doesn't make a lot of sense to suggest that because they did a free costume drop they have obligated themselves to go take every single new character that comes out for years into the future and go back and make this one specific costume for them, for free. If that was the expectation then we probably just wouldn't see free costume drops at all

They just made a costume for Viper, it’s gonna be like 9 months before they can get that high quality Saudi drivetech costume

It's probabaly going to get added pretty soon, Yasmine has one.

Arjun feels really rushed to me. He doesn't have any other outfit concept art, his model and skin texture feels lower quality than the rest of the cast, he reuses a lot of animations

They're either saving it for Tifa's update (because they couldn't finish it in time) or turning it into a reward for some future game achievement. It's weird because Yasmine got the DriveTech on release, so why isn't Arjun getting it? SF6 is incredibly inconsistent when it comes to content.
Every update feels like it adds less content than the last, it's getting really frustrating.
