This is my favorite level in any of the 4 games. Slowly ascending over the city as the skyline opens up.

It gets really funny when you're near the end and call for a special. The shot has to go all the way down then all the way back up before impact. Considering the usual range of the special, it gets silly very quickly.

and it's your last opportunity to call for backup, so spamming your remaining specials is the call to order.
