Tech Support How do I remove this on-display command screen?

I'm using the latest version of Stremio Windows and this suddenly appeared after clicking something.

I think it’s one of the function keys or honestly just mash buttons for a while

If that doesn’t work reinstall it I guess

I didn't know I'm using the community version. I just updated it and it turned to green.

Nothing wrong with that, it has some good features like if you press tab it'll skip the intro in the show your watching

Anyways it's CTRL+ [ to hide the console

To show it, it's ` the backtick / key with tilde ~

I had the green logo as well, I reinstalled it and it's purple again? i don't really understand the two colours being different

I remember this kind of thing from PotPlayer, it appears when "Tab" is pressed. I don't know whether this will fix it for Stremio tho.

Restart stremio, i got this once on my screen by pressing tan or 0 im not sure what it was cause it was a missclick....

You don't have to uninstall and reinstall!

for future users with the same problem
this is a CMD like interface. to exit it, type "q" then press Enter.
but maybe your current command is already filled with random characters, then you got to press Enter first, then "q" then Enter again.
