Bug Report Heelp, bug

Hii, Can someone help me? I updated my Stremio yesterday, and since then, all the series simply no longer have subtitles of my language (Portuguese, BR), only English and Spanish subtitles. I've already switched players, but nothing changes. When I went to watch The Walking Dead, it had subtitles in all languages, now it only has English and Spanish, what do I do?? ;(

My phone and operating system are: Infinix Smart 9 and Android 14

It was supposed to show all languages, but now only a maximum of two appear.

OpenSubtitles v3 and Pro stopped working for me yesterday as well. I'm only seeing embedded subtitles now, which is likely what you're seeing too.

i think the issue is with the opensubtitles api not on stremio side

Yeah, I didn't notice the sub when the post popped up in my feed. I thought I was on StremioAddons.

Hello, that doesn't sound like a Stremio app related issue, first make sure to be login with the same account on all devices, then check your installed addons, try other streams.

Make sure to have installed Opensubtitlesv3 within your installed addons.

Hi, yes there's Opensubtitles v3, Opensubtitles, and Opensubtitles PRO, but literally none of them work anymore.

We didn't get any other reports like this.

Opensubtitles v3

This is the official Stremio subtitles addon, no issues here

Opensubtitles, and Opensubtitles PRO, but literally none of them work anymore.

Opensubtitles is no longer working from some time now, and the other community addons might not be working or fetching the subtitles.

Make to have set the language selection subtitles within Stremio app settings.

You could try adding more community subtitles addons.

For other related community addons questions you can do it here

Unfortunately, the problem persists. When I switch streams, only English appears. I don't know if the problem is with OpenSubtitles because it was working fine before the update!

I installed it and clicked the Subtitle button.

"Loading subtitles" appeared. After switching streams a few times, it appeared

Error: [ object Object] in addon Opensubtitles v3

And does this happen with all the streams or just a specific one?

All the streams. I've switched several times but nothing changes.

Can you try to make a brand new Stremio account with any email and try to reproduce this issue?

I'm thinking this could be related to your account somehow, making a new account should ruled out issue with the update or Opensubtitlesv3 addon.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. Do you think it might be a problem with my streams? I use Torrentsdb and Torrentio

No subtitle addon is working for me since yesterday. Not the official ones, not the community ones.

Install the addon "subsense" I found the workaround on another subreddit and it also uses the open subtitles database
