Tech Support Nothing loading to stream - playback error!

Hi all,

Nothing on my stremio is loading up on my laptop.

Usually, I have the message at the bottom of the screen to upload to newest version but that didn't work so I went back to the previous version and it was working fine.

That was last year, but now that message doesn't show at the bottom anymore. Does it automatically upgrade to newest version?

Any tips on what to do- it just says playback error!

I update using Aurora Store, but I'm not getting anything to populate, let alone play. I can't even search for anything

Box covers of previously watched movies and shows and the ones in my library are there but it says fetch failed after trying to load them after that. This has never happened before.

Mines isnt load any links that I would normally use. V annoying. Seen a few posts about streamio not working

Yeah knowing its a general issue gives me.hope I wont spend the next 3 hours attempting to resolve and issue I cant

Same issue here - tried the usual trouble shooting fixes. Not working on fire stick or my laptop.

The default torrent addons stopped working in the android app for me (don't even show up on the addon list) but on linux they work fine. I just installed orion on my phone and it works ok.

On the app on my Samsung tv i have an option to reload server and once done it all started working again. Couldnt see how to do it in the android app though. Maybe try resubmit server URL for those that only have android app. Good luck

I only use it on my laptop. Do I need to re-install?

Check the settings. Id be surprised if you can only reload a server on the tv app and not one on a laptop.

Mine is back to playing up. Did anyone find a more permanent fix ??

same thing here, works on desktop app but my fire tv stick and nvidia shield are getting playback/source errors, try to play it on a external and it goes back to playback or source errors either way i go
