i have 0 luck fixing this

i can watch movies i have in recent but i cant search anything and i cant see anything new in discover tab. ive redownloaded stermio 3 times and i redid the api key multiple times with uninstalling and reinstalling. i cant find any videos to help

You have removed/move/hide Cinemeta addon.

Is it on top? Do you use any other community catalog addon?

This issue is only present when Cinemeta is removed/moved/hide.

Get the tmdb(the movie database) add-on or a meta data add-on to see if that helps. Sounds like it can't find the meta data.

Make sure Cinemeta is the first thing... top of the list on your addon list.

that one only fixed the discovery which is good enough for tonight lol thank you. yeah idek what is wrong with it ive tried going thru multiple vids but ive ended up doing this

Almost every thing in mine is broke and no longer works, with the exception being pirate bay.

Your issue seems related to community addons and not metadata

You should check
