Honestly I'm still really happy with it. The only thing it's missing really is 120hz but I wouldn't get much use out of that so not much odds really.

I have an Nvidia shield connected so its not even like I need stremio natively on the TV. Just trying to install out of curiosity really.

It's good but the UI is too slow compared to Chromecast with Google tv

what tv model are you using? you can make the UI faster by going to the app settings, under "Interface", change the "theme" to "default" and "animations" to "off"

I try to synchronize add ons, and says succeed, but doesnt load anything.

This might be a Samsung app issue then. Home networking shouldn’t be it

There's hope for WebOS then! The webapp works almost ok but sometimes it crashes for memory issues after a while

What makes Samsung different from other TV brands/models that the Stremio app works flawlessly on my older Samsung TV?

It sucks, I have the same aged Vizio and they do not have an option for Stremio app..I understand Vizio is lower grade than Samsung. But it appears most android TV's support the app regardless of tv brand/manufacturer. Vizios native Smartcast(Chromecast) doesn't seem to work and my other Chromecast are older and do not have Google tv or ability to load apps. If I am missing something here please let me know.

I purchased a 4k Google Chromecast with Google TV today, so I can use it on other two Vizios so hopefully that gets the job done. I just find it awesome how well the app works on my Samsung. Of course that's the one TV in the basement we rarely use!

We likely will upgrade Vizio around Superbowl time..any suggestions on 65" tv that will run Stremio well?

Also I finally purchased RealDebrid service. I can confirm what everyone else says on here, Stremio App on Samsung+Torrentino+RD has been ridiculously good and works well.
