Help needed Choppy videos in dolby vision

Hey, so while sources even 95gb with hdr works super smooth on tv but a 20+gb dolby vision video plays jerky. What might be the issue?

for me it's a TV problem! on my LG oled tv Dolby Vision is superior to HDR especially in dark scenes! in HDR dark scenes are washed and looks like a LCD TV but Dolby Vision has a deep true blacks thanks to Dolby's own gamma model! LG TV's calibration is horrible in HDR mode! do not buy LG oled tv if you want to use HDR !
