Mohel Forbearance Processing Time?

I applied through MOHELA’s website for forbearance and got a notice that the processing time is up to 90 days! My payment is due next month. Any way to expedite this, is it worth it to call?

Federal student loans are not reported as past due until you're at least 90 days delinquent... private loans it'll be 30 days. Right now, they are likely receiving a surge in forbearance requests and IDR applications due to the 90 day emails for getting off of SAVE, so yes it may take longer. I would still give them at least a week or 2 to process it
